Sign On Help
To sign on to myUCF, enter your PID and PID password, then click the Sign on button.
PID
If you don't know or can't recall your PID, click the What is my PID? link located in the sign on box.
PID Password
New to UCF
Use the default password: PYYMMDD
Your default password is a capital P, followed by your birth date in the form of YYMMDD
(Example: using the PYYMMDD format, enter P910310 for March 10, 1991)
Alumni and Retirees
If you have a UCF ID card, you reset your password at the Change Your PID Password page. If you don't have a UCF ID card, please call the Service Desk at 407-823-5117 to request having your PID password reset to the default format.

Additional recommendations
- Use Internet Explorer 8 when working with the Financials 9.1
- Pop-up blockers should be set to allow pop-up messages from UCF
- Enable cookies

- Install or update Java to 1.6.0_25 (the current supported version) - Certain systems (like Webcourses@UCF) require Java and an outdated version or multiple versions can cause a range of issues.
- Have a screen resolution of at least 800 x 600
- Verify that the computer's date, time and time zone are correct
